CM registers the project and applies for client the relevent govt. incentives.CM help obtain financial assistance. CM invest in selected works purely for energy savings. Jointly investment on products that have other payback for client. Project works and savings belong to CM for 5 years. Project works and savings belong to client after 5 years. |
